The Mission of the Massachusetts Live Events Coalition is to support the people of the Events Industry, especially those out of work and unemployed due to the CoVid 19 Pandemic, socially, economically, and emotionally.
Currently, the MLEC is assisting with getting live events professionals assistance during this unprecedented time. This includes setting up demonstrations, assisting professionals with finding work or UI, creating a voice for our community to our government officials, raising awareness of our plight, and MUCH MUCH MORE!

What would you say are the values of the MLEC?
Vision: Representation, support, and extended resources for the members of the Live Events Industry throughout and after the current pandemic.
Representation: A place at the table, a table often set by members of the Events Industry, when the conversation includes how we operate in groups throughout Massachusetts.
Support: Creating and amplifying support programs for Event Industry Professionals, who are out of work and unemployed, to seek social, emotional and economical support needed to survive.
Extended Resources: Equal government resources for members of the Events Industry. Resources that have been developed for other industries. Extensions of programs designed to maintain the livelihoods of our industry and creation of further resources to save our industry.
